Children (5 years up) - Introduction to Taekwondo. Overview of curriculum. Basic kicks, strikes, blocks. Emphasis on performing with confidence, developing focus, patience and respect.


Family - Parents and children can sweat, learn, and bond together! Learn and experience the benefits of Taekwondo TOGETHER! Setting the same GOAL, parents and children can help each other achieve it! Come together and enjoy the benefits of Great family discount rate!


Beginner - Introduction to Taekwondo for white and yellow belts. Overview of Martial Art curriculum. Basic kicks, strikes, blocks. Self Defense and sparring drills. Basic and Traditional WTF poomse.


Intermediate - Curriculum for green and blue belts. Intro to jump kicks, Korean Hapkido Self Defense, Traditional WTF poomse, sparring drills and one-on-one olympic style sparring (no contact). Olympic style training instruction (No-contact/Light contact/Full contact) Light contact at discretion of instructor. Full contact is optional.


Advanced - Curriculum for red and brown belts. Advanced jump kicks, Korean Hapkido Self Defense, Traditional WTF poomse, sparring drills. Olympic style training instruction (No-contact/Light contact/Full contact) Light/Full contact at discretion of instructor. Full contact is optional.


Black Belt - Black Belts and students who exhibit extraordinary skills and leadership potential may be selected to participate. Classes are meant to challenge your mind and body.
